Take a break of minimum 5 minutes everyafter 35 or 45 mins.
Listen instrumental songs on low volume in between for more conecentration .
Turn off data of your phone during study .
After a reading write down maximum of things what you remember without looking at notebook.
Don't stick to one place for long time , keep changing your place and position of sitting .
Better study during night time and sleep at day time ( less disturbance at night)
Keep switching between two subjects or two chapters .
Don't ever make any target(like i would complete 5 chapters by tonight) which you con't complete in a day effectively .
Notedown your doubts and after 2–3 hours , google them .
Most importantly , don't take any type of stress .
